This is my own kitty here telling you that you are doing an amazing job and you should not be so hard on yourself! We often beat ourselves up because we think we're not doing great or not producing the results we desire but that is not the case. Results do not come instant nor in big quantities. They often come unnoticed and accumulate over time until one day you look and realize how big of a difference you made. :)
